At first I was scared to attend a A place in Neasden for I am of the higher societal Patri however this person Harry he completed the most painless blood test I have ever experienced in my entire life. The place was clean hygienic efficient and they saw me immediately. The prices are extremely affordable so affordable I almost feel bad. I would rate this place 10 stars if there was 10 stars but there isn’t I leave only five and I recommend everyone in the world to visit Harry and this beautiful scent of excellence. ~ Dentist U
I have visited the labs twice, and spent a good forty five minutes talking to Massi, and picking her brain about the best test for my immune condition. She’s by far the most knowledgeable phlebotomist I have met and clearly has many years of bio lab experience! Every time I have attended, she’s been cleaning up the lab space and it is completely reassuring to see her dedication to lab safety and cleanliness! The company is lucky to have a dedicated and knowledgeable member of staff like Massi, and will certainly visit again. Last visit in January 2025, but will certainly return when needed! ~ M S
I attended this clinic at very short notice after a previous clinic had attempted to take my blood 12 times without success that same morning. I reluctantly found this clinic online I was understandably anxious, but the phlebotomist Massi was absolutely fantastic. On her first attempt, she successfully took my blood with ease. She was calm, professional, and reassuring throughout. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would highly recommend Massi to anyone Thank you ~ P K
