I have visited the labs twice, and spent a good forty five minutes talking to Massi, and picking her brain about the best test for my immune condition. She’s by far the most knowledgeable phlebotomist I have met and clearly has many years of bio lab experience! Every time I have attended, she’s been cleaning up the lab space and it is completely reassuring to see her dedication to lab safety and cleanliness! The company is lucky to have a dedicated and knowledgeable member of staff like Massi, and will certainly visit again. Last visit in January 2025, but will certainly return when needed! ~ M S

At first I was scared to attend a A place in Neasden for I am of the higher societal Patri however this person Harry he completed the most painless blood test I have ever experienced in my entire life. The place was clean hygienic efficient and they saw me immediately. The prices are extremely affordable so affordable I almost feel bad. I would rate this place 10 stars if there was 10 stars but there isn’t I leave only five and I recommend everyone in the world to visit Harry and this beautiful scent of excellence. ~ Dentist U

I attended this clinic at very short notice after a previous clinic had attempted to take my blood 12 times without success that same morning. I reluctantly found this clinic online I was understandably anxious, but the phlebotomist Massi was absolutely fantastic. On her first attempt, she successfully took my blood with ease. She was calm, professional, and reassuring throughout. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would highly recommend Massi to anyone Thank you ~ P K

Don’t hesitate to go there. I am Canadian and was traveling in London before my trip to Portugal. Our Canadian vaccination passport is not valid for this country so I had to get a PCR 72h before my flight or antigen 24h before. I was so stressed because I was not aware until it was all booked. I went there for my PCR because of the good reviews even if it was far from the flat I rent in Hackney. It was worth it, the technicians were so sweet and everything was very quick!!! ~ Helene M

Wonderful experience- if you're in London and looking for covid testing this is the place! The people at this clinic are professionals and answered all my questions while making the process so simple. Needed an antigen test right before my flight to USA super last minute and they took me in right away, in and out in less than 15 minutes plus got results right when i arrived to the airport (in just about an hour or so). I needed to take a Covid test to fly back to the US from the UK. I chose this clinic because it was close to my hotel. I registered online and showed up for my same day appointment. The staff was very nice and helpful. I received my test results within a couple of hours via email, uploaded the document and was cleared to travel. It was a very smooth and easy process. ~ Lyne M

This place was very far from our flat and decided to get there because of the price and the good review , we were sceptic about going to other place . We had very good service from the two technician and received the result 2-3 hours after our visit. I recommend this place , it is a clean place, it was quick and easy and they are very professionnal ! ~ Simon L

I had my Cystatin-C done earlier today and I am sure that it was an Angel who drew my blood, and carried out the test!! The premises are impeccable, the care and attention is outstanding and the speed with which the results are returned is most pleasing. Incredibly helpful, quick, and friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable about travel guidelines and provided us with quick service. We did not have an appointment and were able to walk-in and get our antigen test results back in less than 2 hours. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! ~ Lea L

Went to do a blood test for pre-marital screening at E&J Bio. Harry took a sample and was very courteous. Results were produced same day and I'm very pleased with their service. I recommend this place if you want a quick turnaround in regards to blood tests or other biomedical tests. 5 stars. ~ kola k

I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a fit ro fly certificate. Service was excellent. I was greeted with a smile and a very bubbly lady who made sure all my information was correct. The Phlebotist Harry was very kind and patient. I booked the wrong date by mistake, called them and resolved it quickly, on arrival the booking information was found quickly and the procedure was painless, didn't feel the needle prick. ~ oyewole j

I can’t recommend Hady enough. My veins are very thin, but he was incredibly patient and kind, and successfully found the right vein to draw the blood needed for my test. I highly recommend E&J Bio UK ~ Sarra M

Well I only came here because of one of the experienced phelobotomist they have his name is Harry and really he has a great knowledge and always be kind with patients definately I will come with great hospitality ~ Ollie G

The clinic is clean and well organised. The staffs were very professional and paid lots of care during the process. My mother had her blood test and urine test in the afternoon around 3pm. The result came back same day around 5pm. ~ Ophelia

Friendly, professional, reassuring team; good value service. Meter parking on the street is free on Sunday. Helpful if the tests you need aren't in a package - they will sort something out. ~ Michael P
